Get rid of "New Rule" ?subtitle? in Custom Request Rule

I have created a custom request rule that sends and email if a ticket is saved with the Owner as "Unassigned" and it works fine.  However, there is a subtitle that says "New Rule" at the top of the results and I don't know how to get rid of that.  Does anyone know?

Thank you!

Thank you for trying to help me.  I am very new to KACE and don't really know what I'm doing :)

The original picture is a screen capture of the email that gets sent.

Below is a picture of the rule itself.  The frequency is set to "On Request Save" and it emails to an AD group.

You have selected email results.  This is for diagnostic purposes and sends all the variable names.

You need to click the option to email below that. "email each recipient in query results" but you are going to have to figure out who you want it to be sent to and assign a variable to it and add that to the "column containing email address" box.    lots of examples of that on here. If you have a DL or single address you can simply do this

Emailaddress@domain.com as emailaddress

Add emailaddress to that field and a subject of some sort.

And then you will need to figure out when to run it.

You can also send to all owners or some other built variable within the sql query but that takes some code and time.

Kace isnt easy Im afraid.

Having a hard time wrapping my head around this.  Is the screenshot the email that is being sent?    Can you send your rule including the email portion of it?
