Force user requirement for 2nd tier of category?
Sorry if this is a dumb question but is there a way to force a user to select an answer in the second and third tier drop down of a category in a queue? Right now users tend to just select the top level and leave the second or third drop down as "Please select one...". Needless to say this irks management who gets usage reports, and we don't want to force the techs to guess and change them.
