Software Deployment

I am using Flash MX 2004 and have created a .MSI package for it using WISE 4.5. This runs fine however I am having trouble with the update. I cant get the updater to install silently with switches so I am forced to create a package. This goes through and compiles fine etc but when i deploy it and run flash i get a "flash.exe - entry point not found" error. It is asking for actlib.dll. So if anyone knows the silent install switch for the update or how to package it your help would be greatly appreciated.
