Firefox rendering issue on K1000 Welcome Page?

I have 6 or 7 (out of 20) users who see this rendering issue in Firefox when they log into the K1000...  Has anybody else seen this?  It's been happeneing since version 27 of Firefox, it's always the same folks too.  I've personally never seen it, I have a bunch of folks that have never seen it... VERY odd

Anybody have any thoughts?

  • have they deleted their cache? - SMal.tmcc 9 years ago
  • Yes, its the only way they can get the page to render correctly... Couple of my users have to delete cache several times a day. Every time they close Firefox and go back to the K1000, they have to clear cache - FicmanS 9 years ago

I saw it on one machine, but updated this with Firefox version 28 and resolved the problem.

    • Can you ensure you are using the right plugins with Firefox, e.g Adobe Flash, Player is updated.
Do you see this in Chrome as well? - hjansari 9 years ago

Its indeed odd. Only thing I would do now is creating a new userprofile to ensure you have all default settings.

If not, raise with Kace Support.

Clear History when Firefox closes seems to help, I've not found anything else that helps
