I would like to add "field level" help for KACE users so they understand what the purpose of the field is and options for filling it out. Has anyone done this?

  • The only way I was able to accomplish this was to use custom fields text fields that were read only. I then placed these fields above or below the appropriate field on the ticket layout.
  • I have also done that for a few queues.
  • Thanks folks. A feature that is missing me thinks. I have a couple of fields that I would like to add help
