Fail to deploy DWG TrueView 2013 by SCCM 2012

I am using SCCM 2012 to deploy DWGTrueView 2013 in two ways:
1.application. For WinXP, I deploy it success when I login by administrator. it returns me an error of 1603 when I login by domain users. For Win7, it works for domain users.
2.package. I try a bat script and directly use setup.exe. I success deploy them. But they didn't install properly. And the script works in the local machine.
I use setup.exe /w /t /l /q setup.ini.
Could someone help me figure this out?

Programs tab
- Installation Program: "Setup.exe" /w /t /l /q setup.ini
User Experience
- Install for System
- Wheter or not a user is logged on

Works for both 2013/2014/2015

Did you read the vendor documentation? Not always helpful but the first place to check.
Did you extract the MSI from setup.exe and have a look at the InstallUI sequence to see what pre-requisites a manual install deploys before the main program?  You can get a clue usually by looking in the folders of the CD for anything like DirectX runtime or Visual C++ runtimes.
My experience of all Autodesk products is that they install several programs in sequence when run manually, but a silent install only deploys the main program as the user sequence does not run. Therefore you need to provision all the supporting installs in sequence as per the vendor install.
Check the application library on this site in case it's already covered there.

I checked the install  sequence. And all pre-requisites were installed.
I found two "setup.exe" in the client's process when I deployed by package.
After a while, they disappeared.
