looking into it the box sync process has to restart the explorer.exe process so it can register explore.exe as its parent process to the boxsync.exe

details on exactly what the boxsync.exe process is and does are detailed below

although it maybe possible to stop this process within the msi installed as it is likely a custom action, as needs to register explorer.exe as a parent disabling this will most likely cause the boxsync.exe not to function properly

There does appear to be a custom property called "NOEXPLORERRESTART", but I'm not sure that it actually works to prevent this.
