Hello,

Is there a way of excluding the closed tickets from appearing in the "All support tickets" queues, so we can see just open tickets for all support staff?
A way to "archive" would be even better.

You could do this with a custom view.

thanks, that work around isnt really going to be suitable for us with the number of support users we have.

I had everyone create an Open Tickets custom view during training as a way to show them how to create custom views. It would be nice if Kace supported public custom views so that I could create a custom view as the administrator and share it with all users.
