Exchange management shell commands

Hello @ all

I would like to query some things for our Exchange servers using the Exchange Management Shell. Specifically it is about the output of the HealthChecker script from Microsoft.

Unfortunately, I can't get it to work. No matter what I try, I always end up with:

Running as SYSTEM

WARNING: Open a 64-bit PowerShell process to continue

Exchange Shell failed to load... Script is stopped

Output debug file written to .\HealthChecker-EX-INT-P01-WIN-Debug_20220811154221.txt

Do you like the script? Visit https://aka.ms/HC-Feedback to rate it and provide feedback.

Started process: powershell.exe

Also, I can't find the debug file in the Kace directory. Have any of you implemented this or have any idea what it might be in my case?

Greetings

Have you tried running 64-bit PowerShell as the output suggested? By default Kace will run the 32-bit version of PowerShell under which some functions do not work on 64-bit Windows.

You can launch the 64-bit version using: %systemdrive%\Windows\sysnative\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe

It could be a number of things, but common culprits are AntiVirus/Firewall utilities that block our processes
