Excel 2003 truncating last 2 numbers

Hi All,

We updated an existing Office 2003 SP1 installation to include Smart Tags and .Net Programmability support using the custom maintance wizard.
Excel now truncates the last 2 digits in a cell i.e if I type in 1000 it displays 10.
Can anyone advise me why its doing this? This is urgent as the scriptor has deployed to some users and its causing havoc.

Specs:
Offfice 2003 SP1
Win XP SP2
SMS 2003 deployment tool

Cheers
Carlo

Tools -> Options -> Edit
Fixed decimal -> remove the tick

Question? Why does Office Smart Tags and .Net Programmability Support, removes the tick.
