You probably want REFWI(Radia Extension for Windows Installer) but i seriously doubt there is a demo copy of that anywhere...

I agree. The product is far too convoluted to setup on your own. Radia is incredibly complex. When you buy it they typically send two engineers on site for a few weeks just to fight at getting it running. It's a real nightmare.
