ESU patches for windows 7 are not being downloaded
Hello guys,
I'm starting to do some processes in kace, but I noticed that the patches for windows 7 are not being downloaded by the system even though they are configured for that,
our licenses were purchased together with the dell machines and I cannot say if they include the pacths after the end of microsoft support,
can you tell me if it could be a problem in kace?

only systems with ESU licenses are applicable for these patches.
if your env has non ESU licenses the patches are not downloaded and not applied.
If you have ESU licenses apply them to your systems.
If the KACE SMA does not detect an ESU Licensed copy of Win7, it will not download ESU patches. - Channeler 3 years ago
