Error message when moving tickets from one queue to another.

I get the following error message when moving tickets from one queue to another. Please see below:

  • Fola, how are you moving the ticket?
  • Is it happening to other users or just you? What about on different browsers or computers?
  • Hello and thank you for getting back to me. I am simply clicking on the the ticket - Choose Action - Move to - And selecting the queue to move to. If I choose a different queue, it works. But when I choose the queue that I actually need to move the ticket to, I get the error message above.
