Error: Invalid root in registry key Source: WshShell.RegRead issue diring image process
Error appears during deployment of Win7 Pro x64.
I have followed Quest KB12254
- Ensure that HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\Setup\CloneTag exists
- Ensure that HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\Setup\SystemSetupInProgress is set to 1.
However, when HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\Setup\SystemSetupInProgress is set to 1 in the image, "The system is not ready" error appears when trying to launch Sysprep Executor
When I downloaded Sysprepcheck_K2_3,6, (multiple times) the sysprepcheck_readme is corrupted.
I have created successful Win10 images with K2000 v6.0.425, but failing with Win7 Pro x64
