Error in msi
I am getting an error as "New Version found ! Please wait while installing new version .." when i launch the shortcut .Could anybody suggest any modifications to be done in my msi.

Firstly, this forum is for errors returned by the Windows Installer engine, which this isn't. Secondly, this isn't an error anyway, it's an information message. Your post really belongs in the 'Package Development' forum. A moderator may move it at some point.
Coming to your question, it's unclear as to whether your MSI installs the newer version but launching the shortcut produces this message or whether the message appears when the user launches the shortcut without having installed anything.

To my mind, the app is likely to be checking its version against a version on the vendor's web site and updating itself.
Set up a network sniffer. I use Network Probe which is freeware.
