.Error Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142)

I Tried to install an msi and uninstall it . After uninstallation of the msi it prompting for the reboot .After reboot The system getting struck .And on the display .With the setup.exe file they gave me an ini file .
Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142) click ok to terminate and after that I can see a blank screen .Then I have to revert my vm.With the setup.exe file they gave me an ini file .Please help me on this .......i am attached both the installation and uninstallation log files.........

take a picture taker/installrite capture check what modifications are being done on the system that may give you clue as to what went wrong there

I got it .......there were some additional registry files that were getting captured which are system files and they were removed during uninstall. So now I deleted all those files and its working now
