Error
i have tried to package a vb.net project + framework + msde
for framework i used the bootstrapper
I also used orca to edit the properties of the msi file
when launching the setup program, this one installs framework. But when loading to about 80% of setup, this one fail with the error:
"The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package.this may include a problem with the package. The error code is 2762"

This error is to do with a Custom Action in the MSI, so check those first.
A good way to debug the problem is to install the MSI with logging enabled and also check the Application Event Log.
