Error 1935
Recently encountered an Error 1935 when installing the application "Certify v8.2.1". The application installation has multiple nested MSI installs called from the main MSI. Error was resolved by uninstalling Windows Installer v4.5 (reverts to Windows Installer 3.1), installing the application and then re-installing Windows Installer 4.5.
All searches on the Web indicated that this was related to .Net, but all attempts to fix/re-install .Net did not resolve the issue.
Have calls into our MS TAM to ensure that no lasting damage is caused by this process.

Reboot the machine and install the application again. Now it will install the application. It happens due to the VC++ (All GAC realted files) related files will not be registrered in the machine properly. To check the error create a log file u can see this inforamtion in it.Hope it will help you.
