Error 1911
I am currently packaging Oracle Client 8.0.5 for XP using Wise Package Studio. I was able to create a msi but receive a error during the silent install testing.
Error 1911 - Could not register type library for file C:\apps\orant\bin\oip23.tlb.
I check the settings in Wise and the file is not being registered.

Removing the self-register option for this file in the msi and registering the same after installation should make it work..
