Email with link not creating Ticket for one sender

There is an email address that does not create a ticket when it contains a link. It seems to be just the one address, but a ticket gets created when there is no link. Any help is appreciated thank you in advance.

Has anyone see this before? Could someone point me in the right direction where to look for this?

  • What version of the SMA?
    How does the email reach the appliance? POP3, SMTP..etc Email client used to send the email.

    Do you have an example of the email contents?
    • Version: 10.0.290
      We use outlook and i believe it uses SMTP.

      The emails contains just a link to our DMS which has a web interface. These used to create tickets before, so i am not sure what happened.

      It creates tickets when the body does not contain a link

If you want to add a link you can try the bitly which shorts your link without telling the email address or you can give the link with unlinking it. The user to whom who are sending can copy and paste it in the web browser. Sometimes the email clients don't support other links..
