Email to users that will search and find their already installed software

Can anyone tell me how to send a ticket out to a user that will pull their installed software?

Here is the example I am trying to automate.


Your PC model ( variable) is out of warranty we will need to schedule to replace it.  According to our records you have a Latitude 2500 with this software installed.

Variable or command line that would pull this user's installed data from Kace and list it in the ticket.

Do you use the "assignee" field to tell which computer belongs to which user? Or do you use some other method? If the assignee field is accurate, that would make this process a whole lot easier.
