Good day, i need help with setting up email notifications when a ticket has been created. So far I have the SMTP setup. Does the primary email has to match up with the domain? Eg.my URL is htt://support.example.com but the KACE application is adding another domain in front "support". Could this be the reason email functionality isn't working?

K1000 can send mails to any public domain. Doesn't need to be same as K1000 domain. Check the exim logs under Logs tab to see the issue
