Email Setup on KACE 1000
Can an e-mail address from a MS Exchange distribution list be used with KACE's service desk? We want users to be able to send emails to this distribution list to open tickets.
It looks like POP3 is required for this feature to work and we also prefer not to pay for a dedicated mailbox for this feature.

I don't think so. The appliance has to have somewhere to grab the email from. It works like a mail client in that way. - ondrar 5 years ago
