Hi everyone,


I'd like to change my email notification to get something more clear.

I checked a bit but didn't found a thing about what variables i'm supposed to set.

For information I'd like to have

the title

the description

the submitter name, i've found : $ticket_submitter_name

the creation date

the sates and the last comment.

    • I'm using the system rules for the moment.

When on the Service Desk Email Notifications page, click "Need Help" on the right side of the screen. Click the link for "Configure Email Templates". Scroll down to view the list of available tokens.
