Email Format?
Is it possible to format the emails sent by the Kbox? The text messages being sent are a bit tired and the business management is requesting more formal appearing communications.

It is not currently possible, but I've been told that it's under consideration.

That seems like something that would be terribly easy to implement... considering all of their other great features they have in KBox.
Seems it wouldn't be too complicated to package something like FCKEditor (or CKEditor) or maybe just publish the steps to add it as a plug-in.
I guess we all live with "it is on the product road map" in our daily routine.

I'd love to see this feature implemented as well, but for the time being you could use ticket rules (adding end-user info to the message) to send the messages to a special mailbox. Then, you could use a mail client to reformat the messages and send them to the end-users.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,so that the conversation will remain readable.
