Email attachments in Kanji making turning ticket to gibbeirsh

Hi all,

I have users in Japan that when they add an attachment to a ticket the ticket turns from Kanji to gibberish.  Everything works normally until an attachment is added, somewhere the language is causing problems.

Any ideas?

  • I would contact support. As I workaround maybe submitting a PDF instead of a text document would work? Or perhaps putting text docs in a ZIP, then attaching it? - JasonEgg 4 years ago
