During a MI push, I get a message that the device is offline

Hi, I have noticed several times during a managed installation software push that kace tells me the machine is not online. This is not true as I ran a forced check in on the machine, and its listed in the devices list as an online device. This has happened a few times. Does anybody have any tips\pointers when this happens? And why, if it is in fact online does it say it's not?

I found the answer. I had to select the OS from the software catalog. Easy fix.
