Dpinst - Virtual COM

[:@] Hello,
I'm using Dpinst to pre-install a driver for an USB to RS232 convertisser.
The driver installation is working when I connect the device, but abord if the user is not admin of the computer.
Is there a way to do the installation with a user without admin rights?
The blocking seem appearing during the creation of the COM virtual port.

Is the driver (.CAT file) signed?

No. The cat is unsigned.
Do you think that's the problem?

The driver must be signed for it to be installed without any admin-credentials during installation from the DRVSTORE (DriverStore on Vista).
