I am looking for documentation on the 2000. WE bought it but I can't figure it out as far as capturing a k-image. I went through several boot menu options and it's not a listed task for me.
Scripted installations are working fine with the exception of a problem I have right now. I can't get it to run and post-installation tasks. So I am looking for logs that might describe what is failing.

Do you actually get into KPE? Should be a white screen. From there you select imaging > Capture Image from this machine. Is that option available for you?

I think that is the same screen. I see deployment options, for image, script, then links to reboot, shutdown and recovery. no where in there is capture
edit: I can confirm that when I select Imaging the only option present is Deploy Image to this machine from the Kbox.

And back to the original question - the documentation is under the Help button on the user interface. There's a link for the Administrator Guide.
