In the Directory tabe you add an entry like:
"Directory" "Directory_Parent" "DefaultDir"
"DownProgFiles" "WindowsFolder" "DOWNLOAD~1|Downloaded Program Files"
In the Component table you add the DownProgFiles value to the Directory_ column for the component(s) holding the files to be installed into the "Downloaded Program Files" folder.
