Diskeeper 2008 silent installation error
Hi all,
I'm trying to deploy Diskeeper 2008 via SMS. I have created the msi using the /a switch on the executable that is provided, and I can install locally both with a UI and silently. The problem is when I push it out via SMS the program fails with an error that the ALLUSERS variable is not set. I've looked at the msi using ORCA and it is indeed set. I've googled around for this and seen a few things for other apps but no real solution. Any ideas are greatly appreciated :)
FWIW - we are licensed, I've followed their instructions on their website for administrative installs, and their tech support has still not gotten back to me.

"solved"... Installing silently with the msi that they provide after the administrative install works fine without starting the program or bringing up an activation screen as I had feared.
I sent on the problem listed in step 4 of this document to their support however:
