Disconnected Map Drives

Good afternoon.

I am having trouble with removing a 'disconnected' drive map every time a user logs into their machine. It may show disconnected, but it's still accessible.

I have went through several different methods to remove the drive

1.) I looked under Registry "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MountPoints2\" to find any ghost drives but there were none

2.) Stopped and Restarted Explorer.exe

3.) Went through the command prompt as admin and used the net use x: /delete command. Nothing

4.) Created a new Key under "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\" EnabledLinkedConnections =1 (dword). Nothing

5.) Changed the map letter on the logon script and set it where it would disconnect all previous drives before remapping. The Ghost map still shows as Disconnected

This is happening with users across the enterprise and I am unsure to go from here. If anyone can assist, it would be appreciated.
