Disable InstallShield
Just got the OmniPage 15 and I want to use the MSIEXEC and not load Installshield, I DO remember that there was a setting I could use in the Transform file that will solve the problem.

Add the property ISSETUPDRIVEN=1
Remove the "OnCheckSilentInstall" custom action from the InstallExecuteSequence Table
Make sure to install isscript engine if required prior to the OmniPage msi.
