Direct an email to a queue
Is there any way to direct an email submission to a specific queue that does not have its own email address for incoming emails? Ive got it formatted to add the category and submitter but I dont see an email variable for queue.
I suppose if this isnt possible, I could target to a queue and use a rule to move it.... what a pain that will be. Not even sure if it is possible. I suppose the update could be something like
set hd_ticket.hd_queue_id = '3'
The SMA will accept an email if the RCPT address has a matching Queue email address. Then, the routing/creation of a particular ticket is done using the RCPT.
You would have to create a Ticket Rule to move tickets to another queue based on some criteria. At this time, no token variable can be used for routing.
