Software Deployment

Do all the files that are part of the driver package need to have the same component?  I'm getting an error during install that one or more of the files referenced by the inf cannot be found in the package.  I can use Dpinst.exe to install the driver so I know the driver is good.  In case it matters the driver has one inf that installs both 32 and 64 bit drivers.  I am only needing to install the 64 bit versions but the files are separated into subdirectorys i386 and amd64.
