Desktop Shortcuts Wizard

Is there a way to specify an icon for the shortcuts created with the Desktop Shortcut Wizard? I want to create a couple shortcuts for some intranet sites and want to use a specific icon. Or is there a way to just copy an existing shortcut? And will this apply it to the current users desktop or the 'All Users' desktop?

Shortcut Wizard does not have option to chose icon while creating shortcut. Once the shortcut is created, you have to manually edit the icon. Right click on the shortcut link and goto Properties to make changes. It applies to both curent user and All users desktop.
