Desktop Authority Expert Assist Not Installing
Hello,
I am getting a fatal error when trying to install ExpertAssist on a users computer. When looking in the event viewer, the error message i get says it could not find the specified install path. Furthermore, if you go into control panel, windows says expert assist is already installed, but looking through the Program Files folder, there is no Quest folder with the expert assist files in there.
Has anyone else had this problem? This is becoming a problem on multiple machines for us.
