Deployment tool : Deferred execution in system context

Hi all,

As the default installation context when deployed through any deployment tool like SCCM/LANDesk would by System context unless specifically changed, why should some custom actions be scheduled in Deferred execution in System context ? I mean to ask the whole installation is in system context right, what difference would it make to schedule some custom actions in deffered system again? Also what type of custom actions would i need to do this.
