Deploying Security patches
Hello,
I have deployed Microsoft security patches through the K1000. I selected 10 test users to deploy to. When I deployed to these users, Java was removed from all 10 computers. I had to reinstall java again. Does anyone know why this would happen. This never happened on WSUS.

Java installers will remove an existing version before installing an update. If a browser is running the install will fail so you are left with no java. Also, Java is not a Microsoft patch but rather an application patch.
