Deploy OfficeXp with altirs

Ok so I went thorugh the process of making a public share,making an admin install of office XP applied my patches to it, and then made a custom install. And it outputs a command like this to install office setup.exe TRANSFORMS=\\mcfs01\Public\OfficeXP\DeployOfficeXP.MST /qb- when I run the command it get a message Please go to Control Panel to install and configure system compoents.
