Deploy Ghostscript 9.02

Hi Community,

i tried several times to deploy new version 9.02 with any silent option (/q, /silent, /quiet, ...) but no one works.
have anybody already deployed the 9.02?
i dont ask for 9.01 and previos versions, so please do not link to old versions, all didnt work!!

For GhostScript 9.02, the Silent Install uses /S. Note, that is must be caps, lower case does not work. There is supposed to be a /D to tell it where to install, but I cannot get this to work (at least on the x64, I have not tried the x86)

  • I cant get the /D command to work either. It would be nice to have the installation in a Directory called "GhostScript" and not simply "gs" - anonymous_108163 8 years ago
    • The equal sign did the trick for me.

Having had a quick look at the installer, it looks to be nothing more than a file extract.
Should be no problem repackaging this into an MSI and distributing it like that.

Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
