You can use /S , though it doesn't work perfectly, as the installer finishes with opening the Dropbox program and asking for dropbox login info.
You can kill the dropbox.exe via scripts or let the user interact with it, depending on how you plan to deploy it and what environment.
Dropbox in a multiple user environment has it's issues, specially if you have lots of heavy dropbox users, which can easily kill harddisk space.
