deploy daemon tool
Hi, I am in a Novell network environnement and I use AOT in NAL application to deploy my soft, but I have a strange trouble with Daemon tool.
On one of my test computer the deployment is running well, but on the other computer it's not working. It make a msi error 1603.
Both computer is running win2k.
The good one ave msiexec v 2.00.2600.2
The Bad one: v 2.00.2600.1183
But, if I try to install it manually it's work very well.
I have try this command, but no good result.
MSIEXEC.EXE /I "path and filename of MSI" /QB- /LWAMOE c:\temp\install.log ALLUSERS=1
My question is, there are somebody know a other solution to make a Network deployment, with juste one click of the end-user to install the soft.

hi
you have to apply a transform file (mst) to this msi or simply modifiy the msi.
I think that you have to change some properties in this msi. Accept is for sure one which as to be set to yes. Otherwise, the app won't install silently.
