Sometime in the past two weeks the Kace System Management Appliance is no longer able to get Dell Warranty information. The appliance is in the DMZ and we do not block outgoing connections. 


 I get the following errors:

HTTP status code: 401 status message: Unauthorized
DellAssetService - http headers:

  • We too are having this issue. I'll open a support case as recommended. Just curious if many others are having this issue...
    • Per support: Upgrade to version 9. Did so, and that fixed it!
