Dell Updates not installing

Hi guys

We are trying the "Dell Update" feature, and have made a "Inventory and Update" action on a few pc's. After it has run we can see in the Inventory Information for the pc's in the "Dell Update Catalog Comparison Report" that a few updates seams ready to install, but does not install anyway. Some of the packages have a arrow pointing up and it says "Upgrade".

A few days ago in said "not downloaded", but it have done so now, so my question is why does it not install the updates?

I now see that it says that there is a error (see screenshot). What log file should I look in to see information about the Dell updates?

An AMP connection is required for patching and Dell Updates; can you confirm that your target machines were connected with AMP during the entire job? The other thought might be that there's a prerequisite missing- not sure what it might be based on what I see, but that would be my first suspect if AMP is solid.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
