We have recently moved from the Dell Latitude to the Dell Precision laptops and we are having multiple clients who say once their computer goes to sleep mode they can't wake it up they have to do a hard shut down.  In some cases we have had to take the battery out and put back in before the laptop will turn on.  We have talked to Dell and turned on and shut down options in the BIOS, updated the BIOS and made sure that all drivers have been updated but we still are experiencing these problems.  Is anyone else experiencing this problem and if so did you resolve and how?  We are running Windows 10 1809 OS.

We are having the same issue with our Latitudes. We followed steps 2-4 on the link provided and that has resolved our issue. Sounds like you tried some of those things already but maybe the other steps on the page will help you.
