Dell Optiplex 3090 Reboots POE+ switch when connected to it.

I recently purchased 3 Dell OptiPlex 3090 desktops for our office use. We have several POE+ switches (D-Link DGS F1010p & TP-Link TL-SF 1008P) for connecting CCTV/IP Phones/Desktop .

When I connected any of the 3 new OptiPlex 3090 desktops to the POE switches the Switch shuts down. We have many other Dell Desktops (OptiPlex 7050 , Precision 3620) which are working just fine.

When I connect the OptiPlex 3090 to a normal Non-POE switch it works fine. I tried updating the BIOS and Drivers on this system but issue still no resolved.

Has any one faced similar issue, was it resolved? Please any help would be highly appreciated....

UPDATE: on the above issue, Dell's Vendor has acknowledged that these OptiPlex 3080/90 machines are not compatible with POE+ switches. they will provide me LAN to USB adaptors to use with these machines.

check the logs since it seems that the switch cannot decide the speed capabilities with the client and therefore a shutdown is made to prevent overvoltages. Maybe you can disable POE on the ports in question.

Unfortunately the D-Link DGS F1010p & TP-Link TL-SF 1008P are Unmanaged Switches (I think) so can not disable the POE on them. I tried google-ing for steps to disable POE on these Switches but did not find anything.

As a troubleshooting step I tried connecting a External USB to LAN adaptor to the Desktop(OptiPlex 3090) and it connected correctly, But the internal Network Port on these desktops doesn't seems to connect & Shuts down the POE+ switch.

I also tried to Crimp a RJ45 patch cord without the 4th & 5th Pin connected(POE +ve), Still the issue remains

    Is there a way to disable POE on these D-Link DGS F1010p & TP-Link TL-SF 1008P switches?

Seems Like even Dell support had no solution to this instead the Vendor has now provided me with LAN to USB adaptors to use with these PC's.
