Dell K1000 - Service Desk - Filter on submitter assigned assets


Is it possible to set the checkbox 'Filter on submitter assigned assets' active in the default setting?
For Example; a User create a new ticket and he sees in the dropdown automatically the selection of his Assets.

Can this be implemented?

It is not possible to default the setting to ticked, however it is worth noting that when an enduser uses the end user console they are only shown their own assets on the drop down

    When the user is logged in and create a new ticket - he/she see all assets, except he/she activate the checkbox "Filter on submitter assigned assets". - svmay 4 years ago
