Is there a way to delete some tickets I made....I've been able to delete "normal" tickets but these were used to test software delivery approvals.  

The approval work flow has completed however I cannot delete the ticket...I can not edit the ticket or view the details so it looks like it has partially been deleted (content is gone?) but the ticket is still listed  in All Q's+All Tickets

If the settings on the Queue are such that it allows deletion of tickets then you should be possible. Clearly for a live Queue being able to delete tickets is not a good idea, so if you need to turn on Ticket deletion, make sure you turn it back on afterwards!!

Go to ServiceDesk>Configuration>Queue Settings under User preferences tick allow ticket deletion

Also be aware that if you delete a child ticket within and active process, the process will create a fresh child ticket
