I have been trying to track if a pirticular application has not been used for the last x days. However I need to know when was first time the application has been tracked/ When was the rule for the application created and turned on. I am trying to look at the view for metering but unable to find sufficient information about the creating date.

I would appreciate any help as I am trying to learn SMS as a newbie. Even if anyone can give me some reference URL's if will be beneficial.
